The team you couldn’t hire. The channels you couldn’t measure.

Neat runs three core services for U.S. med spas and aesthetic clinics — paid search, local SEO, and SMS-first lead response — for one fee. Ad spend billed separately, with a $2,000-a-month floor.

Who Neat is, and who it’s for

Neat is a growth agency for independent, owner-operated med spas and aesthetic clinics in the United States — not injectables alone. Body contouring, laser, skincare, wellness: whatever an owner-operator runs under one roof.

One team runs paid search, local SEO, and lead response as three core lines, with reputation and email available when the clinic’s scheduling system supports them — for $2,000 a month, add-ons priced at onboarding. Built for a single clinic, not a franchise playbook.

SubjectiveOwner’s words

“I’m spending hours every night on marketing that doesn’t work.”

“I feel like I’m throwing money into a black hole and hoping patients come out.”

— Owner, recorded at intake

Chairs sit empty midweek while the spend continues. There is no line from a dollar spent to a name on the schedule, so nothing can be turned up or shut off with any confidence.

Under-marketed independent clinic with unused capacity, priced out of the only service model that would fix it.

Not a discipline problem and not a clinical one. A cost problem.

Why Neat costs less than a full-service agency

Neat runs three lines of work with AI and one person. The AI does the repeatable execution — campaign builds, page builds, listings, review requests, lead follow-up. A human Project Manager owns the account, approves everything before it ships, and signs with their own name.

We say AI — not “automated execution” — because that is what it is, and in 2026 twelve or more vendors in this market already say the same thing. The credit is not in declaring it. The credit is in answering three questions no one else writes down: which part does the machine do, who signs with their own name, and what happens when it makes a mistake.

Before you book (three reasons Neat says no)
  • Under $1,000,000 a year in revenue
  • Multi-location groups
  • Wanting Neat to own your patient data

Neat turns these away. Below $1 million, the retainer plus minimum ad spend leaves nothing measurable on any platform.
