The team you couldn’t hire. The patients you couldn’t reach.

Neat is a full-service growth agency for U.S. med spas and aesthetic clinics — one clinic, one owner, one team running the whole thing.

Who Neat is, and who it’s for

Neat is a full-service growth agency for independent, owner-operated med spas and aesthetic clinics in the United States — not injectables alone. Body contouring, laser, skincare, wellness: whatever an owner-operator runs under one roof.

One team runs paid media, funnels, content, reviews, and lead response as one system, for one fee that flexes with what you choose. Built for a single clinic, not a franchise playbook resold to four hundred of them.

SubjectiveOwner’s words

“I’m spending hours every night on marketing that doesn’t work.”

“I feel like I’m throwing money into a black hole and hoping patients come out.”

— Owner, recorded at intake

Chairs sit empty midweek while the spend continues. There is no line from a dollar spent to a name on the schedule, so nothing can be turned up or shut off with any confidence.

AssessmentImpression

Under-marketed independent clinic with unused capacity, priced out of the only service model that would fix it.

Not a discipline problem and not a clinical one. A cost problem.

Include Site Service Targets Frequency
1 Paid media New patient volume on Meta and Google. Measured against booked consults, not clicks. Weekly
2 Funnels and landing pages One page per offer, written for one treatment and one decision. Per offer
3 Social content Local recognition before the search happens. Posted to the clinic’s own accounts. Weekly
4 Local SEO and Google Business Profile Map pack position for the treatments sold, in the radius patients actually drive. Monthly
5 Reputation and reviews Review requests after visits. Replies drafted and posted. Ratings watched. Continuous
6 Email and SMS Recall and rebooking to the list the clinic already owns. Twice monthly
7 Lead response under five minutes Every inbound lead answered by text and email. Nights and weekends included. 24/7
8 Website build A site built to convert, not just exist. Booking, offers and tracking wired in from day one. Project

Why Neat costs less than a full-service agency

A full-service agency charges $10,000 or more a month because it pays eight salaries. Neat does not carry eight people. The execution is automated — the media buying, the page builds, the content, the review replies, the after-hours follow-up — under one human Project Manager who is your sole point of contact and is accountable for the account by name.

That is the whole explanation. There is no junior team behind the curtain and no discount to ask for beyond the one above. Patient data and accounts stay with the clinic.

Before you book (three reasons Neat says no)
  • Under $500,000 a year in revenue
  • Multi-location groups
  • Wanting Neat to own your patient data

Neat turns these away. Saying it here, not on the way in, saves us both a quarter.
